Wescott Golf Club is located in the heart of the lowcountry simply minutes from Charleston International Flight terminal, historic plantations and yards, and lovely beaches.

Course architect Dr. Michael Hurdzan made this 27-hole course with his trademark environmental sensitiveness. Set amongst centuries old live oaks and developed on one of the lowcountries earliest plantations, the design catches the standard flavor of low flowing earthworks and traditional bunkering. Each hole is separated and framed by vegetation and natural wetlands. The 3 9-hole courses are Oak Woodland, Burn Kill, and Black Robin. Each presents players with a different feel and appearance. Oak Woodland offers large fairways and subtle eco-friendlies, and just the occasional danger or penal bunker. Burn Kill needs a somewhat more accurate tee shot advantageous angle into the immense and most undulating eco-friendlies. Black Robin is a shot makers haven with a premium on reliability and the capacity to form your shots through timberline fairways to well defended eco-friendlies.

Wescott is one of just a handful of South Carolina courses to preserve TifEagle putting surfaces and TifSport fairways. These new generations of Bermuda lawn provide phenomenal playing conditions year round and the areas fastest and most constant putting conditions. Play from any of 5 sets of tees varying from 5000 yards at our forward tees to 7200 yards from our champion tees.
